Scheduled Pick-Ups

We deliver a 35” locked container to your office and you place all of your confidential papers into it. Weekly, or at some other pre-determined interval, our driver will visit your office to remove the bin’s contents for secure destruction.

We provide full chain of custody at pickup time, and mail a certificate of destruction to you once the contents have been completely shredded.

This service includes the rental of the locked container, scheduled pickups, and certified destruction of the bin’s contents. Discounts are available for clients who wish to have bi-monthly or monthly pickups.

Or you may wish to choose an attractive "console" that's more suited to an office environment. Place conoles next to fax machines, copiers and other high-paper areas.


We’ll work together with your specific needs to determine the size, quantity, and schedule of your bins and services.  You can see our friendly drivers as often as every week or as little as every quarter, and your schedule can be adjusted at any time. Purge Services – Boxes or Bins

If your home or office is in need of a clean up -- whether you have a few boxes or a few hundred boxes -- Sentry can pickup the boxes and deliver them to our facility where they undergo the shredding process.

Or maybe your situation is such that you'd rather skip the boxes altogether and rent one of our shred bins? Our large consoles hold up to 200-lbs of your confidential paper.

Destruction of Stored Material

When old files need to be destroyed, shredding box contents can save you time and costs.

If you're one of our records storage clients, then we can help you retention scheduling. Once your documents in our warehouse pass their pre-determined retention period, we can slate them for destruction.

We will shred slated boxes upon request from an authorized representative of your company. We will always require a written confirmation and/or signature to prevent accidental destruction. Once the destruction request process is completed, we remove each box from the warehouse and shred it on-site. Sentry then mails you a certificate of destruction at the completion of this service.

Drop Off Shredding

We do offer drop-off shredding. For five (5) boxes and under we charge by the pound. Over five (5) boxes we charge our per-box rate. Call for details!

Retention Scheduling

Sentry Records and Destruction is constantly up-to-date with the industry’s latest operating standards, providing worry-free records management at competitive rates. Continual additions and revisions of rules and regulations pertaining to document storage and disposal have made proper destruction of records a very prominent aspect of today’s business world. While providing certified shredding for your company’s needs, retention scheduling is also available. Completing a retention schedule for each of your files as they enter our facility is always recommended, as it allows your office to manage each file’s timeline. This timeline is important to ensure that documents are destroyed in a timely manner, limiting the possibility of data leakage and saving you time and costs in the long run. After the initial set up of your company’s retention schedule, our system will automatically acknowledge each scheduled destruction date as it occurs. Upon immediate acknowledgement, you will receive a ‘Letter of Intent to Destroy’ and a request for confirmation from an authorized representative of your company. 

Our Shredder

Our secure and certified shredding is done confidentially and performed onsite at our facility. Contents are shredded into unrecognizable bits measuring ½” in width max. Once the shredding is completed, we deliver all shredded contents to our recycler where it undergoes further destruction processes.
